Well... this is getting a little boring and predictable!
I ate really good this last week (other than the corn on the cob I had last night drowned in butter and salt). However, my body disagrees. I lost nothing this week - again! I'm still down a total of 15 pounds.
I'm still trying to stay positive, although it's getting harder and harder. 15 pounds in 14 weeks. At one point, I was losing an average of 2 pounds a week; now it's only average of one pound a week... how sad!
