I'm a loser! (Week 6)

I was excited this last weekend when I got a, "Have you lost weight?" This person didn't know that I've been doing this "Loser" stuff, so she noticed without knowing I'm trying. All I could think was that it's being noticed... YIPPY!!

You know, it's nice to hear that much more than, "Boy, you've put on some weight, haven't you?" That's always my favorite thing to hear from people I haven't seen in a while. My question is... why would you even say that? Why do we put each other down like that? I don't really get it. I know all this does to me is make me mad, both at the person who said it, then at myself for letting myself get to the point that they can say stuff like that.

Well, this week I lost 2 pounds. I'm still not doing as well as I would like, but I really can't complain. I'm down 12 pounds in 6 weeks. If I keep this up, I'll be down the 30 pounds I ultimately want to lose before the wedding. Maybe then I'll look good in a dress again!

I knew U could do it ! 1to2 pounds a week is the way to do it . I wish I would take it off faster to but Ive noticed it stays off , when it comes off slower . I wish everyone could be happy for us losing weight, but thats ok Im dong it for myself not anyone else > Its alot of hard work, Im feeling great and we are doing it .When I was at my heaviest , I know people were thinking boy she has put on weight , but they never said it out loud , but its ok sometimes the truth hurts and makes us open our eyes , which isnt always easy . Positive attitude is a must to keep going . P.S. Love reading your post ever Wednesday morning :) Have a Great Day

Thanks again, Kat! You have done awesome! For those of you that don't know Kathy, She has lost over 30 pounds and I'm so proud of her!
