Perceptive Perspective - Signs of Spring

PhotobucketI'm so excited about these photos! Lexi does not have kindergarten on Fridays so we took advantage of the spring-like weather and flew a kite for about 2 hours. Well... we tried anyway. If you notice, the kite never gets more than about fifteen feet off the ground. The wind just wouldn't keep blowing.

It was a very cold, rainy, (even snowy) April here in Minnesota. Even today, we only had a high of 38! So I am very ready for spring! Actually, tomorrow is actually supposed to jump 30 degrees from today's temp! *smile*

She got so tired from running around (trying to create her own wind) that she had to rest...

Next week: High Contrast

That was exciting! I recently made a kite myself and has yet to test fly it when I find the time! I wonder when that will be?

Your kite action pics are great!
I'll try to join next time.

Ooops I forgot! You asked in my blog if I edited my feet photo and yes, I used my dog Sweepy's fun editing tool called whirlpool and enhanced it using toad green. ;-)
