Crazy days

It's been a crazy couple of days! It seems like I've been running around the country non stop! Between Emma's birthday, Halloween, moving friends, hanging out with friends, pictures in the cities, and hospital trips, I'm ready for a night in!

We spent Halloween at our friends house; the kids trick-or-treating while the mom's following in the golf cart and the dad's handing out candy back home. I have to say, that's the way to do it. The golf cart worked great! We had our cozy coats on plus a blanket for that extra warmth. We had quite a few parents that were jealous and wanted to hop on with us. The kids had fun.  For the first time, the girls got to go t-o-t with other kids.

We had our own fun as well, after returning with more candy than my kids need! (And definately more than I need!)

Monday, Mom had surgery and we spent the day in the Northfield hospital. It's becoming a second home lately... Even Lexi recognized the statues and knew where to go when I took her there today to visit and she hasn't been there for about six months. She's home now resting with Dad and Grandma taking care of her. (Tie her down if you need to, Dad!)
